Ground launched version have bigger second stage but no fin on first stage?
My guess is that it's the same second stage. I haven't seen any other pictures from that perspective to see the rounded profile of the nose. The first stage fins might be omitted to fit 4 missiles in an MFOM pod (based on diameter) but I can't tell exactly what kind of container they are actually using or if it would be compatible with a HIMARS.

hmm, maybe you a right, now that I look at it closely, it does seem like the second stage still have smaller diameter, it just the chine area that is big. But it would seem like the design we see now is quite different from the one with sensor window, that version have much shorter chine

p/s: if ground launched version doesn't have rear fin, does that also mean the internal version for F-35 won't have fin? or will it have folded fin?
