I'm mystified by that statement, the layout isn't even remotely close to the DC-8's one.The window layout is a close match.
That's an operator's serial number, not the national registration number or build number. In one frame I saw something interesting:
A number.

How do I get more info on this plane with the number?
Has an image of Yukikaze: The Fighting Fairy already been posted in this thread?
So much i like the design of both SeriesMy two favorite designs from the TV series Ultra Seven:
Ultra Seven I also doubt, unless there are some monster engines. So much i like the design of both Series
i have serious doubts those aircraft can fly...
Their full designation is actually:Evangelion mecha looks a bit spindly (biorganic?)
Big Duo-Inferno is the most fearsome looking of flying mechs in my book.
Colani would be proud.Ikuto Yamashita was one of the mecha designers for Evangelion, Yukikaze, and the new Gundam series. He is known for the organic look in his designs. For Yukikaze, Yamashita designed the mecha to look on the verge of being unflyable, but still had some aerodynamic sense.
The inlet for the Fand 2 is the red highlight on the line drawing.Ultra Seven I also doubt, unless there are some monster engines.
But IIRC the Sylphid and Super Sylph will fly pretty well (see J-20).
Maeve/Rafe don't have intakes big enough to feed their engines. Same airframe, difference is manned versus unmanned (well, and Maeve has the AI program from a Super Sylph inside it)
The Fern and Fern 2 are supposed to be supermaneuverable light fighters, the F-16 to the Sylphid's F-15. Not sure where the inlet is on the Fern 2.
I'd like to try an RC version of the Fern 2, but it'd need a full on flight control system developed for it.
And the only available online copy of that book saves as .webpFor those interested, much of the info/artwork on this site comes from Yamashita’s self published book “Blue & Purple.”
4200yen? not bad at all. That's like $35.Get the new book. That’s if the tariffs don’t get you:

A movie, 'The Wandering Earth 2', is adapted from the novel of the same name by sci-fi writer Liu Cixin.VSTOL J-20?
What is that from?
Clearly modified Convair F-102s...The X-80 from Beyond The Time Barrier (1960).

I tried to play AC3. I'd gotten so comfortable flying in the weeks in AC4 and 5 that I tried flying that low in AC3, and found out that there's not enough visual texture on the ground in AC3 to give a sense of distance above ground. At least when playing on PS2. We'll see what the 8bit unit does.XFA-36A "Game" takes the cake for me
Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere
The trick of night scenes to save money on scale models is already very worn, I hope they start with AI, the night has already lasted too long.I just saw a twin tailed bi-engined flying wing in the trailer for The Running Man movie remake:
