What's the subject of this forum:
- The primary purpose of the forum is to discuss unbuilt projects, military and aerospace technology
- The primary purpose of the "Secret Projects" sections of this forum is to document real, but unbuilt, projects by legitimate companies. Prototypes that didn't enter series production where appropriate are allowed at the discretion of the moderators. Aircraft built in series production should generally be discussed in the "Aerospace" section, warships, tanks and other military vehicles in the "Military" section, etc.
Warfare and military actions aren't this forum subject. So, as you can see, although allowed, that's simply off-topic.
Some warfare and military posts could be justified as related to unbuilt tech. But its interest here should be seen as just complementary.

The purpose of the forum is simply to share research with other enthusiasts in a friendly manner. The forum was not created to discuss geopolitical issues or military operations, although we do have a significant amount of these.
However, topics without any connection to unbuilt tech are obviously discouraged.
Ultimately, topics that can lead to confrontation are not allowed.
