https://dtic.mil/dtic/ isn't responding to me at all, and I keep getting timeouts. Does anyone know if it is down-down or if we're just seeing the effect of everyone and their brother developing an interest in military affairs?

They must also block or at least bother the French, because the damn thing always drove me crazy - much more than NASA NTRS, which has its ups and downs.

$25mil x 8 = $200mil = one new ballroom at the White House ..... just saying .....

On a more serious note, any idea what was the civilian staffing number before this cut was announced? I really have no feel how large a work force is required for the whole organisation .....

You can bet your ass that before Monday I’m going to know, and so are several members of the HASC and SASC.

The Air Force blows millions answering questions DTIC has in their collection, so we downsize DTIC and put them under and office known only for obfuscation and violations of law? Makes total sense.
