Directly using the land based system lowers purchase, development and through life costs.
Though that can create other problems that could ultimately end up outweighing the benefits, such as lack of proper marinisation.

time code - explode of 107-mm rocket warhead behind hit 35-mm projectile

turkish SPAAG - Korkut and naval (?) system

What is the reason for the slanted mounting on warship. It brings to mind the Sea Zenith mount, but I can't see how it would work.

Here's the 'Gokdeniz' naval variant during development, though I don't believe the slant will be a feature.

It was exported to Turkmenistan for their corvettes, note no slant.

Pakistan was sent one for testing, impressed they selected it for their corvette program.

Turkey is also developing a multi-purpose single barrel 35mm weapon system, point defence for naval and land use.

Beyond they all throw scary RPM, okay, RPS, how do their auto-load mechanics / feed paths compare ??

Um, I take it those barrel-shrouds are variations on a water-cooling theme ?

The frameworks around the barrels are generally for rigidity and in some cases RCS reduction. I don't believe any of these guns are water cooled.

Modified Oerlikon GDF-003B license produced in Turkey by MKE. Aslesan developed a linkless ammunition feed for the cannon.

Rheinmetall modernizing Skyguard 35mm air defence systems – order value in the three-digit million-euro range
An international customer has contracted with Rheinmetall to modernize its 35mm cannon-based air defence systems. The order also includes ammunition and other components for the modernized Skyguard air defence batteries. Work will start in 2023. The contract is worth a figure in the low three-digit million-euro range.

Rheinmetall is upgrading the customer's 35mm twin guns, bringing them up to the latest Oerlikon GDF009 standard, which will be capable of using AHEAD airburst ammunition. This will enable the country to protect itself and its vital assets from a wide range of aerial threats, including small unmanned aerial systems. Rheinmetall Italia is handling the order.
