Nope. You can easily find Boeing ATF design on the net and here at the forum. Seems that they just wanted to mark their weapon bays design.

Title: Liquid Hydrogen Fueled Aircraft
Inventor: Gerhard E. Seidel
Assignee: The Boeing Company
Primary Examiner: Marcus A. Jackson
Attorney: Ann K. Galbraith
Patent number: D504862
Filing date: Sep 10, 2003
Issue date: May 10, 2005
Application number: 29/189,739

Summary of Invention

[0006] The aircraft is powered by a non-hydrocarbon based fuel, such as liquid hydrogen. The liquid hydrogen is placed in longitudinal fuel tanks which are positioned along one side of the passenger cabin. The fuselage has two elongated cylindrical sections positioned side-by-side and covered by the outer skin. One of the cylindrical sections includes the passenger cabins, while the other cylindrical section includes the liquid hydrogen fuel tanks.

[0007] The main wing could have a high wing or a low wing configuration. The tail can have two vertical stabilizers joined together by a rear horizontal stabilizer, or be a conventional single vertical stabilizer.

[0008] Virtual vision screens could be used in place of the windows, particularly on the side of the passenger cabins adjacent the liquid fuel tanks.

Title: High-speed aircraft and methods for their manufacture

Document Type and Number: United States Patent 7644888

Summary:
A high-speed transport aircraft. In one embodiment, the aircraft includes a fuselage, delta wings, and integrated engine nacelles. The fuselage is configured to carry a payload and has a forward portion and an aft portion. The aft portion defines a generally constant-width planform and includes first, second, third, and fourth passenger seat sections, with each of the seat sections having at least two passenger seats positioned abreast at least generally normal to a longitudinal axis of the fuselage. In one aspect of this embodiment, the wings extend from the fuselage adjacent to the aft portion, and the fuselage further includes first and second rows of windows above the wings. The first row of windows are positioned in the fuselage directly adjacent the first seat section and the second row of windows are positioned in the fuselage directly adjacent the fourth seat section.

I don't get the use of 'particularly' here ... unless they're suggesting that as one side can't have windows perhaps better that no-one does?! (Or is it just the usual idea of trying to make the patent's scope as broad as possible?) I'm sure airlines would love the price differential they could charge for a true window seat (conveniently forgetting that conventional aircraft have them on both sides).

More seriously, interesting that Boeing are at least putting some effort into thinking about aircraft design when oil becomes even more expensive and/or emissions regulations even more stringent. (Or do Boeing file myriad of patents a year, so individual ones aren't significant?)

The patent generic aircraft model looks very B-1ish. Considering B-1R proposals are considering F-22 engines, and the B-1A's fancy inlet was lost in the B-1B, could this be a way to improve the inlet for the B-1R without having to revert to the B-1A variable geometry inlet, which apparently was a major pain point?

Why would Boeing design a mid-wing, twinjet, double-decker 747?
By Stephen Trimble at flightblogger

A nice idea as a non BWB successor for the Boeing 747 / 777.

Edit:

Boeing Patent - Mid-wing multi-deck airplane - US 8746616 B2 / US 20130099053 A1
An airplane comprises a twin-deck fuselage in which an upper deck support structure is utilized for carry-through of a mid-mount main wing box. The main landing gear of the airplane is mounted to the fuselage and is stowed in a non-pressurized area below the main wing box (enabled due to an optimized wing box geometry). A pressurized passageway/cargo/galley complex separates the main landing gear box and the main wing box. The upper deck is continuous, while the lower deck is separated by the wheel wells into two distinct fore and aft areas (for either cargo or passengers). The airplane further comprises an integrated vertical fin and an aft-extended pressurized deck area for reduced double-deck wetted area. More specifically, the double-deck pressurized fuselage structure is extended to form a blending structure to which a structural box of the vertical fin is attached.

Boeing and NASA are also studying a multi-deck airplane with mid-fuselages nacelles and over the wing nacelles. One concept is called Boeing B27 MFN. See AW&ST, 09/22/14, pages 46-48.
The fuselages look quite similar.

From l'Aeronautique journal 1931,

here is a Boeing improvements to emergency floats for airplanes.Floats, deflated and folded, are housed in the same casing
of the airplane; a simple mechanism, triggered by a single movement Driver simultaneously allows their release and swelling.

I agree with Overscan

The last patent is totally lunatic and has no interest to this forum

And I agree with you,but not all patents are imagine projects,
such as that project from Boeing, who can say it was really
or not ?

Hesham, do you have a link to the patent design shown in your reply no.7 ?
This is not a Boeing design, but a Grumman G-235 Gadfly. I would like to see what it says about it ...

Thank you.
