Hi,

have you bought this most recent book by renowned german author Manfred Griehl? I would like to know your opinions before I buy it.
Thanks.

Hi,
I bought the book and I like it very much. The book shows a lot of prototypes with a very limited description. The're are only pictures of the aircraft described, unfortunatly 3-views are absent. For it's price, I'd suggest to buy it... If you are patient, in the next 2 / 3 days I can scan a little sample for you :-D

Dear Wurger here I post some pages of the book. I hope to be usefull for you! However I appreciated this work, but it is my opinion :)

I too have this book. I liked the detailed listings of so many prototypes. He tries to catalog the fate of every known airframe. But as mentioned, it is not very heavy on technical info for every last project. And only photos, no diagrams or three-views. That said, I hadn't seen a great number of these photos, and I don't know of any other book on the subject to use this exact approach (individual catalogging).

Thanks, guys,

for your excellent input. I will check my finances now :) !

All the best.
