ACHEON (Aerial Coanda High Efficiency Orienting Nozzle) as applied to a Cessna 402 test vehicle (PA 31 Navajo was also considered). The goal is in-flight testing of an electrically-driven Coanda nozzle.

As your link shows, the Dornier Do 28D was considered as a test vehicle conversion for a high-winged commuter aircraft.

Your right side image is the ACHEON concept as applied to a light UAS based upon a c.1990 Alfredo Capuani design for Aeritalia (the patent was applied for in 1988 but expired in 2008 ... making it freely available for ACHEON?). See:
