Wanted: "Nihon Rikugunki No Keikaku Monogatari" Koku Journal, 1980

I know this is a long shot, but I'm looking for this book, published in 1980, the English title being "The Story of the Airplane Plans of the Japanese Army." It was written by Ando Naruo. It is a Koku Journal publication.

I'd be willing to pay top dollar for it or if someone has a PDF available or scans of the Kogiken aircraft in it, that would be great.
