Vega V-146 P2V

The P2V Neptune was a Vega design. At this time Vega was a subsidiary of Lockheed whose military designation was O. Only after they totally took control of Vega did the militay assign the V designation to Lockheed to avoid the O vs 0 problem I imagine.
