Unknown Tank Based SPGs

One Leopard SPG project was an experimental mating with the French GCT's turret.

MBTs - old or new - as base for a SPG have been common during the 70's and 80's - in prototype stage. The French, British, Germans, South Africans and surely others too developed such adaptable SPG turrets.
Very few such designs were actually produced in quantity (Palmeria is probably the most successful one, thanks to the erratic Ghaddaffi).

A SPG doesn't need to be that expensive and thirsty. (PzH 2000 is a strange machine.)

The last one is a diecast toy dating back to the 1960s.

The GIAT GCT / AuF1 was actually produced in greater quantity than the OTO Melara Palmaria.

Its the FV3806 which was a proposal for a Centurion tank fitted with the ordnance of the British 7.2" Mk 6 howitzer.

Strange I never thought of it as this heavy, even though I knew it was much heavier than the 109. Maybe common Palmaria descriptions emphasize the MBT-likeness of the chassis more?
