The people mentioned are, of course, Daimler-Benz AG's Dipl-Ing (later Prof Dr-Ing hc) Friedrich Nallinger assisted by Ober Ing Erich Übelacker (who was better-known in the automotive world). As @newsdeskdan has identified, the pair worked out rough concepts at Daimler which - when sufficient promise was shown - were then taken over by an established airframe maker.

In the case of the so-called 'Daimler A' et al, the designs were actually worked out at Focke Wulf. It is possible that your "Projekt X - TL-Bombenflugzeug" refers to the jet bomber component of that carrier concept. But we don't have much to go on here ...

That's exactly what it is. What we know as the 'Daimler-Benz Projects' was known for a time as Projekt X. So it's not unknown at all.
