Ukrainian Su-27 variants

I just saw what appears to be a new paint scheme applied to one of their Su-27 and I noticed that the aircraft has a different tail stinger. I believe it is an early variant of the SU-27, but does anybody know what are the differences between the regular flanker and the one in the picture?
