UK company buys 32 Boeing jets

Any idea this was negotiated as part of the UK-US trade deal seems completely unlikely (unless Boeing were persuaded to cut IAG a deal to get the order out early), if for no better reason than I don't see Trump and his Commerce Secretary negotiating a sale for 21(+13) Airbus A330-900s.
