An interesting design. One thing they could have done / suggested is having the launchers longitudinally stacked, considering that the height or prop diameter of something like a ScanEagle is far smaller than the wingspan. Have them jack up pneumatically to allow aircraft to get under them and into launch position and you could probably have a dozen launchers in the same space.
