Moonbase concept -- these modules would be shot onto the moon by cargo rockets -- one module per rocket, and then assembled with the help of heavy equipment placed on the moon.

So how do we test the suits? Simple! We build a Lunar Environment Simulator (LES) on earth, utilizing liquid nitrogen for cooling, along with other sundry things to recreate the environment of the MOOOOON, including such fun things as rad-i-ation!
