A for effort, but scaling has some issues. Hisar-A+ is 3.8 meters, and Hisar-O+ is 4.2 meters. Hisar-RF is 4.5 meters (30 cm longer than Hisar-O+). SİPER Block-1 is 5.4 meters (booster is 90 cm). Gökdoğan is around 3.6-3.7 meters, similar to AMRAAM, so it is shorter than Hisar-A+, not longer. Also, Bozdoğan has a similar diameter to Gökdoğan. It is a very wide missile, contrary to what's shown in this picture. One more thing: Gökdoğan and Hisar-RF (and consequently SİPER Block-1) use the same RF seeker.

I have learned about what SAPAN is and the actual name of the quadpack missile

First off, SAPAN is a programme to develop naval air defence missiles (Covers anything for MİDLAS you can think of)
Our awaited missile isn't named HİSAR-D Block 2 or something similar, it is named G/M-1 and the difference isn't only in the quadpack capability. It will also have an AESA seeker and new guidance algorithms to more reliably counter supersonic and low-observable anti-ship missiles.

Some observations.
Bozdoğan is now apparently by far the heaviest and larger WVRAAM in the world.

Aka, it is substantially heavier than RVV-MD2(already very heavy) and also much heavier than MICA/Derby-ER.
It's in fact almost as heavy as both AMRAAM and Gökdogan, and not much shorter.

Tldr: someone's likely lying - understating - about its performance and range.

It is the heaviest and largest among those currently in production and in service. Hawker Siddeley Red Top was heavier, longer and wider than Bozdogan.

Reduced smoke solid propellant comes with a cost as it is less energetic. As a SAM its effective range is 15km=45km at high altitude and speed.

But it's a big missile indeed weighing 140kg, 160mm diameter and 3.3m in length.
