Looks like basic planform research for fighters.

Dear overscan,

what is the Dornier Rautenflugel ?.

Here- its made from two wings joined together, like a high tech biplane.

Dear overscan,

the wing of Dornier Rautenflugel was like UTVA-71 project of light aircraft.

I'm fascinated by the design seen on the top- and bottom left, of the first set of photos. Planform alignment suggests a significant degree of stealth. Tail configuration reminds me of the MiG-25. Forward fuselage could be mistaken for an advanced version of the MiG-29. Air intakes looks similar to what we would have expected for the production 1.42. However, the scale might seem a little small for the I-90/MFI. It's wild speculation, but I can't help but wonder if it might be related to PAK FA.

Has anyone seen anything like it before?

Also, it's hard to tell, but in the middle-bottom picture, could the design being tested be similar to this?

It has no any relation to MFI. This is from TsAGI booth backstage at MAKS 2015.
Another in-house 'thematic model' of generic advanced fighter design
