Tianwen-1 Chinese Mars orbiter and rover

Any news already??

Odd the Lander touch down on Mars, but still no Picture
can it be that camera is stored in Zhurong rover and we will get them only if rover is deployed ?

It’s more to do with the orbiter getting into its new orbit which takes time. It will also be using ESA’s Mars Express as a relay.

Tianwen-1's orbiter is now in an 8-hour orbit (from the previous, 48-hour one):

It is strange how the Chinese are using Mars Express as a relay satellite instead of using one of their own design in orbit around Mars first before they launched the lander.
