Thanks once again for posting subject and some great drawings/artist work

Regards
Pioneer

Excellent work my dear Borovik,

thank you very much,and in old series of Sukhoi,there is
the Su-14 and Su-16 were missing,was there any relationship
to those projects ?.

hi HESHAM
The "su 14" is perhaps a armored ground attack aircraft
with controlled cannon armement ????
1948 designation "N" ?............
I have also the "i 250 jet" but I know nothing
and an escort figther project ???
All this in the same period
Bye

THANKS BOROVIK
your assault transport is VERY interesting
THANKS AGAIN. bYE

Hi all
escort figther :
this aircraft had been developed in 1948 and was intended for escorting
long range bombers such as the tu4.
it was proposedto use a VK-2turbojet which had beenunder development
at the Klimov design bureau. The aircraft's predited range was approximately
5000 km.....nothing more
from"OKB Sukhoi a history of the design bureau"

IT's still me
On the same book I see another twin engined transport
2 RD 500 jet engines for passengers carriage with ten
soft seats ???
Bye

My dear redstar
Yes !!! I remenber i've see this but I don't know where !
Thank you very much
Bye

Hi all!
Thanks for the kind comments, but thank first of all we have to Victor Proklov's (director of the museum Sukhoi Design Bureau), for its publications and the opportunity to open for us new birds with brand Su.

.......... Su-16 -
among the few known projects OKB Sukhoi (more than a decade, the period of WWII and about the same after the war - 50th), an aircraft with the designation Su-16 I have not yet met.
Besides the projects mentioned in the source referred to by toura were:
- Fighter escort with 2 ASh-73 and the pressurized cabin;
- The fighter with the MB-103;
- Armored attack with M-251;
- Front-line bomber with 2 ASh-73;
- Passenger plane with 2 ASh-82 and others ...
Potentially, some of them could carry this designation. While it is not known.

Thank you my dear Borovik very very much,

and first please do you have a drawings for them?,second,
there is also the Su-10 in the new series it was also a four
engined jet bomber project,of course it was not related to
the old series Su-10,and for this info,you can see the double
Su-10 in this site;

http://www.aviation.ru/Su/

hi Hesham
look at
http://airwar.ru/enc/bomber/su10.html
You have three variants of the su 10
Bye

Hi all!
I am confused with this "new" Su-10. As far as I know, after 1953 Sukhoi OKB didn't work on any bombers, excepting the well-known "Mach 3" T-4 (Aircraft "100") and T-4MS ("200") project. Maybe they mean T-4 under "new" Su-10? But I never heard this name referred to it.

Hi Redstar
The SU 10 of wicht you could see 3 variants below is a studie
dated 1946. A proto was ended in 1948 and the program was cancel
soon after !
Bye

My dear Borovik,

and may be the Su-16 was this project;

two-seat escort fighter powered by one Klimov VK-2 engine.

Unlikely. The army designation - the fighters (according to the order NKAP of 9 December 1940) are assigned odd numbers.
