Technically you would be replacing the F-15E, since that's the plane that replaced the FB-111. In a way the B-21 will be the stealth replacement.

Sure, NGAD (Air Force and Navy), GCAP, FCAS, and KAAN. As for the 50K category, there is the KF-21, HAL AMCA, and Chinese FC-31.
