That third painting was more of an artist's representation than a concept. If you notice the emblem on the astronaut's suit you'll see that this is from the Apollo 15 mission. The later Apollo CSMs (J series, I believe) had a bay that was opened to space during the lunar orbit part of the mission. At some point late in the mission an astronaut had to go EVA to retrieve film packs and other science packs from this bay. This painting depicts the view during the EVA.
