Soviet / Russian 1980s/90s Destroyer Design

What timeframe are these ships from, are they related to Pr. 21956 DDG by any chance?
Also what is the soviet/russian equivalent of SPY-1, or closest to, that seemingly is depicted on these ship designs?
Another puzzle i have, can the UKSK fire S-300 or S-400 missiles, or the SAMs have to be fired from separate VLS cells? Presumably the ships depicted above would have been capable of firing S-300/400?

I assume that these are projects from the 1990s. As we now know, ship-based phased array antennas only appeared on Project 22350 frigates, which were laid down in 2006.

The original thread appears to have been deleted in its entirety after it collapsed into an unrelated debate. However, the topic was particularly interesting so I have bought it back to life. The original images were posted on the Russian language Balancer (here - link) and Paralay (here - link) forums years ago. The CAD style drawing is apparently genuine and appears to originate from a Russian language book available here - (Link, originally posted by @flateric ), The associated text talks about the use of CAD in ship design further suggesting this is a genuine concept. The images posted on the Paralay forum are no longer available in their original resolution which is frustrating as they appear to give more context and potentially some dimensions and other statistics. In terms of dates, given the equipment fit and date of the document (1996) the CAD drawing is from it was likely produced in the very late 1980s or early 1990s.

The actual design makes a lot of sense as it has some notable similarities in terms of equipment fit to the actually built Project 22350 class. The VLS could be 32 UKSK for Onyx etc. with 64 smaller Redut cells, seen either side of the larger VLS cells. The fixed radar arrays on the superstructure are very reminiscent of the 5P-20K Poliment set actually used on project 22350, this is reinforced by the presence of what appears to be an MR-750 that could be fulfilling the same role as the 5P-27K Furke 4 set on the Project 22350. The main gun looks like the 130mm A-192M or the 100mm A-190. On the superstructure fore and aft are what appears to be some form of CIWS that looks like one of the Russian twin-gun systems. Presumably the sonar outfit would be the Zvezda-M2 set as used by the Project 11551 class.

I have seen other drawings, including one that shows a purpoted 6,000ton version that dispenses with the towed sonar but I can't locate it right now.
