Dear Boys and Girls, here is an article in French announcing the development of the SIPA S.270 Présence utilty aircraft powered by two Turboméca Astazou turboprops. It looks a little like a scaled-down Noratlas and it remained a "project"......

The article comes from the 6th August 1960 issue of Les Ailes......
