Someone has more information on design Sikorsky S-61F. I would like to have more pictures than well-known on the Internet. Thanks

Oh no, I've gone back into a generic topic

Dear Boys and Girls, here is an article in French about an unidentified Sikorsky high-speed helicopter "project"......

The article comes from the 30th June 1961 issue of Les Ailes......

Hello Hesham, used your link, but it led me to a paper about plastic/composite structures ...
Cannot improve the quality, probably it isn't better in the original source, but I stitched
the parts together.

As a matter of fact I did, back in 2012. These images rang a bell, so I went to my S-61F folder and found the following (only did one of them, though):

Also, are there any colour photos available of BuNo.148033 as the NH-3A with wings?

So. Any ideas as to what happened to this airframe after testing ended?

FWIW, 08 Aug 1973 BuAer 148033 c/n 61-011 struck of charge by NPRO (Naval Plant Representative Officer), Research and Technology, Sikorsky Aircraft Division of United Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, CT.

That's my birthday! Well, I came along 14yr later but still. Thank you for that, Apophenia! It's sad to know she no longer exists.

I asked about colour photos as I'd like to build a 1/72 model of her in full compound mode and found this fantastic 1/48 build, which has a red spine. But the one colour photo I've found - sadly I have no attribution so am hesitant to share - shows that area to be black.
