this concept consider a strangest tilt-rotor I have ever seen,it is from
Russia.

Reminds me of the Twin Mustang, but a lot bigger.

Besides the fact that two fuselages are interconnected, there isn't a shadow of likeness!

This is rather like a twin Rutan VariEze...
 
Yes Skyblazer,

and they mentioned that in the article maybe,or I read it in anther site,Rutan design inspired them.
