Royal Air Force Boeing C-17A Globemaster III ZZ 177 the late Queen Elizabeth II final transport

I attended the Royal International Air Tattoo 2023 the other weekend at RAF Fairford (USAFE 501st Combat Support Wing hq / 423rd Air Base Squadron) in the beautiful Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. And came across the RAF area with the very C-17A Globemaster ZZ177 which carried our late Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II casket on her final journey from Scotland to RAF Northolt, outside London under Operation Overstudy. I have seen ZZ177 when it did touch and go's at RAF Mildenhall earlier this year.

It was quite humbling to sit inside and read about this, on the placards inside, so here are my photos from the other weekend.
