The description claims it’s 5D67 but there again, it also claims it’s a jet engine.

Certainly not a jet engine, but a rocket engine.
Despite being labelled as an Isayev 5D67 for the Kholod program, this looks definitely more like an Isayev S2.720 engine for the S-75 Dvina.

So was this rocket-motor the sustainer motor in the SA-2 or the SA-5?

I understand from CITrus90 post it’s an SA2 (aka S-75 Dvina) second stage sustainer motor.
