did this report contain a projects ?.
First of all, it's not a "report", but the official magazine of the recently-created SGA.
Consequently it contains a lot of photos and info on Dyle & Bacalan/SAB types (D.B.70, 71, 81), Lorraine-Hanriot LH.431, CAMS 53M and 60, Nieuport-Delage 540, and Lorraine engines.

Also, it does not contain any unbuilt projects, nor do the other issues that I know (I have got seven of them).

I downloaded them several years ago from another site but apparently they're no longer online.
That's why it's always best to download everything. There is never any guarantee that online resources will last.

For what it's worth, you may wish to note that the library of the Canada Aviation and Space Museum in Ottawa has some issues of that magazine. It is possible that the National Air and Space Museum in Washington has some as well.
