Can our experts explain please if the AN/ASN-128 Doppler navigation system of the late 1970s and the 1980s, which was predominantly used on-board military helicopters like the AH-1F, AH-64A, and UH-60A, was easy to use in terms of inputting the data and navigating to the waypoints, and did it accurately provide the position of the aircraft? I am curious about the the pre-GPS-enabled legacy versions of this kit only. Was the AN/ASN-128 susceptible to ECM jamming? The set reportedly operated at 13.23 to 13.4 GHz.
