Also "rediscovered" is this Flight artist's concept of the design Reno Aeronautical studied under DARPA's Quiet Supersonic Platform programme. Boeing ended up working on a QSP design using Reno's supersonic natural laminar flow technology. The only thing I have to hand on that concept is PopSci's artwork...

Is this connected to the Aerion supersonic biz jet? Aerion is based in Reno and one of their big selling points is they developed the supersonic laminar flow wing.
