... here is a project for IAR,called H.S.300,may it was IAR-30 ?...

Since we're speculating, 1934 seems too early to be designing an 'IAR-30'. Granted, the IAR-36 was also dated 1934 ... but that was an existing BFW design.

With the IAR H.S.300 being developed just four months after the IAR-23, either of the 'missing' designations 'IAR-25' or 'IAR-26' would seem more probable.

BTW: What does the "Regia" in your post's title refer to?

... and we can say,the IAR 26 & 27 were appeared in 1936/37,so we can accept that, possible it was IAR-25...

That is quite a leap. The timing makes suggestions ... but only that. And I must question your "1936/37" dating for "the IAR 26 & 27". I don't even know what the IAR 26 was. Do you know?

As for the the IAR 27, yes it first flew in 1937. But as the the IAR 27 was essentially just the simple mating of a licensed Fleet 10G fuselage with wings based on those of the IAR 22, I don't see how this helps us. It seems to me that the design task for the IAR H.S.300 would have been rather more complex than that.

We can speculate all we want about a sequential designation for the IAR H.S.300. Rough timings give us a range of possibilities but cannot, ipso facto, lead us to a conclusion. We need genuine evidence to narrow our speculation down to one number.

So, no. I will not be adding the IAR H.S.300 as a 'IAR 25' to the IAR list.
