I am currently working on the introductory chapter of a new book. In order to do it right I need GOOD and detailed data on the RAF’s early daylight bombing campaign of 1940-41, especially the long-range bombing, losses, targets (such as the Ruhr), etc.
What books or magazine articles have been written about this particular phase of the RAF’s war? I am specifically looking for books, magazines or even websites as I am unable to hop in the car and drive to a museum or archive. Any specific help is appreciated.
