has anyone a 3-view to that little known US aircraft project ?.

This is a proposed transport biplane airliner by a Detroit engineer called Raymond M. Howard.
I've cleaned up the page and rearranged the paragraphs to make for easier reading and include the logo of Howard's design office.

Does anyone know of any other project by Howard?
