F. S. Barnwell Designer & His Aircraft

Hi,

F. S. Barnwell was a well known designer,worked for two famous companies,the main step in
his life when did job to Bristol Co.,and created the Bulldog and Blenheim aircraft,in 1938,he
built the B.S.W. MK.I single seat ultra-light low-wing monoplane,powered by one 28 hp Scott
Squirrel engine,and crashed and died in the same year.

He also invented some airplanes in 1921,the first was a man-powered biplane and the second
was a high-speed mid-wing monoplane,they remained a projects only,if someone has a more
of his project drawings or Infos,can send it here.

I displayed the drawing wrong before in un-proper topic.

These aren't really projects, they are speculation, part of a lecture titled Aeroplane Design - Some Present and Future Possibilities.
Not many 54 cylinder 3000HP engines in 1921 :D
