Commercial drones can be easily weaponized. A Russian company makes portable drone detectors called Bulat. These units apparently scan the known frequencies in UHF and analyze the waveforms used by commercial drones, including the FPV ones, and warn the user about their transmissions in vicinity. The disadvantage is that Bulat can operate only for 5 hours on a single battery charge.

Russian company Eliars of Energodar makes a portable drone detector called MOPS (https://eliars.ru/dron-detector), which scans the 400-6000 MHz band for the drone transmissions and reportedly can detect an UAV from ca. 1000 yds.

Cool project, but can its creator legally used it and transmit on 10.5GHz no matter which country he lives in?
