this document is not real

because the Text show a bizzar lack of sentence construction of German language!
also is the english word Sketch used, instead german "Skizze"
how ever made this, used probably computer to translate English into german.

also is layout complet untypical for Germans Dokument
like the use of Fracture font on for "Abchlussbericht"
there no File ID on document normally on top Left and missin a Date on top right
normally in report, the Illustration are not integrate in Text, but on separate page with short text

could be a variant of the polish 20/25 tp project
