I have some questions on the (possible) armament of Pilatus P-2 variants.

It is frequenty reported that the P-2-06 model of the P-2 had a small calibre machine gun above the engine.
Does anhone one know what calibre this gun was.
The P-2-04 (a prototype with Hispano-Suiza engine) may have carried 2 "synchronized" machine guns. Where could I find confirmation/information on this?
And finally, is it correct that the P-2-03 (another prototype with H-S engine) and the P-2-04 had a machine gun in the rear cockpit, operated by the observer. Any adea where to find information on this?

Thank yopu and my best,
Walter

On http://www.luftfahrt.ch/konstruktionen/pilatus/p2/index.html I found the clue, that the P-2 used several
components of the then already decommisioned Swiss Bf 109D/E, e.g. the landing gear, instrument panels and
weapons for those versions, intended for gunnery training.
According to this site http://www.lw.admin.ch/internet/luftwaffe/de/home/themen/history/mittelaus/me109e3.html,
that would mean, that they were equipped with Mg 29 guns of 7,45 mm calibre.

Hi Jemiba! :)
Thank you very much for the links. Very useful information.
The photo (of prototype A-102) on the first site, shows in fact the P-2-03 with the H-S engine, ventral radiator and the low positioned propeller/spinner.
