Why is it so hard to get good pictures and info from PAX River? Edwards AFB is fairly easy.

There is a nice book on Pax River in Osprey's Superbase collection which has quite a few nice photos... but maybe you're looking for something more recent?

Seriously, Pax doesn't seem to do "outreach" too well. Particularly after NAVAIR moved down from Crystal City.

It's a cultural thing. The US Navy has never been that enthusiastic about the press...while Edwards AFB is a 90 min drive from Hollywood.

Annoying, too.

That being said, I'd try the NAVAIR web sites, or the base paper the 'Tester'.
