Dear Boys and Girls, here is a short piece in French announcing the development of the turboprop STOL Occidental Aircraft "project" which appears to use the Burnelli concept......

The piece comes from the 15th August 1969 issue of Aviation Magazine International......

Don't mention Burnelli, please!

You'll play the SUMMON ZOMBIE SLICK GOODLIN card once too often, mark my words.

Thanks Hesham. The more unusual feature in this design is the semicircular channel in the tailplane. Custer channel-wings are famous, providing lift but usually (on those early airplanes) tailplanes provided balance downward not lift (before electronic control of unstability), so this tail channel is weird - but not much explained in the patent (part 38, with a 5,000hp turbine).
