from size it look like a Pershing Missile
if this Mobile Missile fit the Pershing role it could have range around 800 km
but it purpose is quite dubious, only targets it can hit are in South Korea an west Japan

I guess this rocket will get upgrade to 1000 km and more to Hit targets like Tokyo and US bases in Japan in case of War...

Altho these 3 missiles may look very similar,on closer inspection there are some rather obvious differences that indicate that any apparent similarities are rather superficial. Its obvious that altho the iskander may have provided the basic template for the weapon, its also obvious that the designers in both the rok and the dprk went about designing their respective iskander equivalents each in their own unique way.
The most obvious difference is that the Hyunmoo 2,unlike the Iskander and its north korean equivalent Pukguksong, doesnt use thrust vectoring.

However,we can also see that the thrust vectoring systems of both the russian original and the north korean look a like, are very different in appearance.

This site has a good overview of the various iskander look a likes, and also links to analysis of the north korean pukguksong variants. Its definitely worth checking out.

That train looks like it's getting a stiffy;).

Classified / Designated by United States Forcea Korea as KN-23 as KN stands for Korea, North while North Korean designation is unknown. Missiles in picture are regular KN-23 while there is heavier longer body KN-23 with payload of 2.5 tons and range of 600 kilometers that was tested this year on 25th of March.

Also note when discussing about missile reaching this or that part of some territory os the location as I am pretty sure that from most north east of North Korea that Hokkaido can be reached by missile with 800 kilometer range for standard KN-23.

Are they able to carry a nuke and if so what size?
Most advanced nuclear warhead has is hydrogen bomb aka thermonuclear bomb of Teller-Ulam principle with most reliable yield estimate 245 to 271 kilotons with complete nuclear device being 250 to 360 kilograms heavy thus pretty much can fit inside vast majority of ballistic missiles payload sections in their arsenal.

Only unknown is how durable is their reentry vehicle for ICBMs.

Nuclear yield estimate is by ISRO
Nuclear warhead weight is by Janes
