Nikita Kruschev's Nuclear Powered Burrowing Tank?

Okay,

Reports have reached me that Kruschev directed funding towards a nuclear powered tank. This tank was also submersible and supposed to be able to move through soft soil (eg. to drive under enemy AT positions). Needless to say, it didn't reach the production stage...

Does anyone have more information or details on this project?
