New Ukrainian "drone"

Looks similar to the Iranian Arash 2, might have a range of 1,000 km.

Strange for Ukraine to be reverse-engineering an Iranian system that they must only have examined in limited numbers (ones launched by Russia into Ukraine and not too badly smashed up on impact, presumably). But there sure doesn't seem to be a more likely antecedent that I can find.

Necessity is the mother of invention. If 50% of their drones crash on take-off there is still 50% more than they currently have, going toward their enemy.

An Arash-2.

This is so slow, though, and obviously vulnerable to even basic AA.
True but it also flies very low and won't be seen as early, and I'd imagine you could probably field about 40 of these for the price of 1 ATACMS. And given the massive range you could skirt around radar horizons en route to target. Could also pose major headaches when used in conjunction with HARM.

Wonderful HARM potential as well, lurking in the radar shadows, "snifing" for the right frequency. Possibly flying below the speed gate of the radar. If it has the range mentioned, it can be patient, especially at night when most of the iron sights are far less effective.

Tacit Rainbow take n

(Where n is a rather large number. There have been several versions of this, like Harpy)

In all probably, the presence of counter UAS armaments should not be excluded.

But given the abscense of fuel fire, broken props blade and the relative intact fuselage, it all points toward a stall after a loss of power. Then that someone attempted to glide it toward the plant is straightforward.
