Excellent news, at last a mission to Neptune and Triton is in the Works. Hope it gets the funding because there has been no missions to Neptune since the Voyager 2 flyby back in 1989, there is unfinished science about Triton as well.

This is one of several proposals being worked on. Time is already a bit tight to design and build a flasgship-class mission in time for the next planetary alignment (Jupiter-Uranus-Neptune around 2030)
