Mysterious aircraft at Engels

What is this aircraft that we could see at Engels base on google earth? Why is it hidden under a tarpaulin? ???
The picture was taken the 6 may 2004, and the aircraft was removed since. Its wingspan is around 29m.

I found the place at google but it's empty.

Some 100 ft. NW are placed some Tu-160s (white birds on white ground). Notice a shadow of a second aircraft under one. This shadow can't be there. This is an alert squad of the Russian nuclear counterstrike forces, there will be nothing in their hangers or ways or however that doesn't belong there.

Maybe your picture is a fault by overlaying of google?
 
You must use the time machine of google earth. Click on the watch in the tool bar of the last version and play with it.
As I've said this picture is from 6 may 2004, it's not the last.
