Motorola SST-series radar transponders

I'm looking for the specs of the Motorola SST-series radar transponders (sometimes referred to as beacons) and information on which aircraft types they have served. Can anyone help?

Did the series include more transponder types than the four listed below?

SST-119X

SST-131

SST-171C or X

SST-181X

I am also interested in this. I just picked one up from Ebay and am looking to use it in a project. I have an sst-171c. Mostly I'm looking for power inputs and how to tune it. Thanks!
