Hi to all!

I've heard about a zwilling variant of the german Me 323 cargo aircraft. I was able to find this picture with a brief description of the variants. The source of this picture has no other info. I would like to know if these configurations were real projects and if any of them was actually built. Thanks!

The text that accompanies the images mentions Goering commenting on flight tests in 1946. Fantasy.

Ausf. A's wing center section looks far too fragile to this eyeball engineer. It needs far more bracing struts.

Looks like a fake.

Looks like another whiff for moving into the Fake Blacklist.

For the Ausf. C they should cut the middle fuselage so that it ends before the elevator. It is just wasted material and serves no purpose. The elevator does not need it for support. Then it would look more like a twin-boom design.

Then zwilling was actually a real plane with two fuselages instead of the standard one, with only one built but that was destroyed in an accident during testing. The three fuselage version is fantasy.
