Hi,

in Flightglobal they spoke about the MS.650 as a civil aircraft built by
a company for private owners, they did't clear what was this company,
I suggest it was Morane-Saulnier.

Yes, they are surely speaking about Morane Saulnier , but to my best knowledge
there wasn't a MS.650. Cannot find it in any source (instead of this Flight article, of
course) and not in the projects list, I've thankfully got from deltafan. What exactly fits
the description of "..collaboration between manufacturers and private owners" is the
MS.660, which was designed to be built by amateur aircraft builders, either
completely, when only plans were sold, or using pre-fabricated parts (nowadays it
would be called a kit plane).
To find a new MS-type would really make my day, but I'm pretty sure, that's just a typo
and what is really meant is the MS.660 (about which I already bothered you several times ! ;) )
