Mandragore, abortive short-range naval SAM from France

Does anyone here have more information about the Mandragore (Mandrake) SAM system? Aside brief caption in French wikipedia, there seems to be very little information about it. I came across to it in some french naval forum where it was mentioned that the system was initially intended for C67 Tourville class frigates but after the project was canceled, a third 100mm turret was fitted in its place. (and consequently Crotale SAM system replaced the third turret later on).

Mandragore was planned to be a shipborne defense against anti-ship missiles, an early concept of what the Israeli Navy does today with Iron Dome on its sa'ar -5 and -6 firgates.
It was cancelled for budgetary reasons by the defense minister (Pierre Messmer IIRC) who arbitraged for the Exocet instead.
