Luftwaffe Bf 109 with Jumo 213 engines

I have recently come across late war reference to Bf 109 aircraft with the Jumo 213. I am not much of a Bf 109 follower, so for a long time thought the Czech Jumo powered 109 decendants were an ad hoc contraption. Are there photos or drawings of the Luftwaffe a/c extant? Did they look essentially like the Czech aircraft? Excuse me if there has already been a topic covering my questions, so this request may simply my ignorance of the subject .
